Operating points of the pumping refractory:
① Before pumping, pump water from the pipeline to achieve the purpose of wetting and cleaning.
② After pumping water, before sending mortar, put a sponge ball. Then add the mortar with the same ratio of man and pumping to the hopper, and start to pump the informate material after lubricating the pipe. About 0.25m3 mortar for every 100m pipe, and about 0.2m3 mortar for mixing main engine, hopper and mixing tank.
③ When the pumping starts, the pumping speed should be slowed down, the oil pressure change should be within the allowable range, when the pumping is smooth, before the normal speed for pumping.
④ During the pumping period, the amount of material in the hopper should be kept between no less than 10mm on the cylinder head and 150mm under the hopper head.
⑤ Pumping should be operated continuously, and if the supply is insufficient, the speed should be reduced. Mixing should not be stopped when pumping is temporarily interrupted.
⑥ If the stop time is more than 20min and the pipe is long, the pump should be opened once every 5min to make the pipe memory material peristalsis and prevent water segregation, the pump can be stopped for a long time (more than 45min), and the pump feed can be removed from the pump and conveying pipe.
⑦ Each pumping must be cleaned in the delivery pipeline in accordance with the operating procedures. Otherwise, the tube is likely to be blocked next time.
⑧ When pumping the cleaning pipe, you should also put a sponge ball to separate the cleaning water from the pumping material, otherwise it is also easy to cause pipe blockage.
