Ultra High Strength Nano Grade Insulating Castable is synthesized by mixing high-temperature high-strength lightweight nano aggregates, aluminate cement, and alumina powder with several additives. Its nano scale microporous structure creates advantages such as high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent insulation performance, energy saving and consumption reduction, and convenient construction, which can significantly reduce the thermal energy consumption of industrial kilns.
